Outbound Graduate at Belgotex Floors

Key Responsibilities: 

• Responsible to support and measure logistics, planning, warehouse, stock control and risk performance
• Extract and analyse information from key systems offering valuable insights and present recommendations and enhancements
• Provide administrative support to the Warehouse team whilst shadowing and learning from them
• Assist with the processing of orders on CAMS
• Provide friendly and empathetic communication, primarily through email, to customers on status of orders and assist in problem solving to satisfy their order requirements
• Communicate with internal and external sources to ensure effective order fulfilment.

Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric with Math
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics Management /Supply Chain Management or similar
• Continuous learning - A curious mind and have willingness to learn
• Deadline / Results driven
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
