Requirements:

• Matric qualification
• Relevant tertiary qualification in sales
• Minimum of 5 years Team Leading experience in the outbound sales call centre operations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team
• Excellent communication skills
• At least 2 contactable references 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Outbound Call Centre Sales Agents.
• Provide coaching and guidance to improve sales techniques and performance.
• Set clear sales targets and motivate the team to achieve and exceed them.
• Monitor and analyze team performance metrics.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to drive success.
