Outbound Sales Team Leader - Umhlanga

Requirements:
- Matric qualification
- Relevant tertiary qualification in sales
- Minimum of 5 years Team Leading experience in the outbound sales call centre operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team
- Excellent communication skills
- At least 2 contactable references
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Outbound Call Centre Sales Agents.
- Provide coaching and guidance to improve sales techniques and performance.
- Set clear sales targets and motivate the team to achieve and exceed them.
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to drive success.
