ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS & TASKS)

Quality Assurance

• Quality assurance of call calibration.
• Creation of quality evaluation templates.
• Adherence to verbatim pieces in call scripts.

Financial

• Creation and Implementation of commission and or Incentive structures schemes.
• Commission calculations.
• Seat cost calculations, budget setting and adherence.

Human Capital

• Adequately resourced outbound tele-sales team, development and provision of requisite tools to perform optimally.
• Ensuring discipline within team and issuing of relevant sanctions where necessary.
• Continuous development of team and direct reports.
• Coaching and mentoring of team and reports.

Requirements

Competencies and Minimum Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 or suitable equivalent
• Tertiary qualification in commerce or business will be advantageous

Experience:

• At least 2 – 3 years in a management role
• 5 years sales experience
• Previous BPO experience
• Exposure to the telecoms industry would be an advantage
