MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Matric, relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial
• Knowledge of Compact machine and Paltrack will be an advantage
• Management of people
• Good planning skills
• Computer literate
• Strong leadership, perseverance, hardworking and self-driven
• Valid Drivers license

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Grading, sorting, sampling, and packing of citrus for the export market
• Monitor of Colorization processes
• Planning
• Training of workers
• Admin, unpacking reports, and record keeping
• Process packet instructions
• Quality control of products and tasks.
• Communication with and between employees, management and PPECB
• Off-season – preparation for next season, including mechanical maintenance as well as helping out on the farm where necessary
