To oversee the operations of the packing facility, ensuring quality, adherence to protocols, and efficient processes. This role includes managing operational teams, human resources, and customer services to meet packhouse requirements in a safe and efficient manner.
Qualifications and Experience:
Relevant degree in Agriculture, Business Development, Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
5-10 years of experience as a Packhouse Manager or in a similar role within the food, beverage, or manufacturing sectors.
Familiarity with BRC, HACCP, SIZA, and Global Gap Accreditation standards.
Willingness to work long hours and overtime as needed.
