    Paid Digital Specialist (Junior-Mid)

    • We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven Paid Digital Specialist to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
    • This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in paid media who is ready to take ownership of campaigns, improve performance, and grow within a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
    • You will work across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and potentially LinkedIn or other performance channels, with a strong focus on lead generation, conversion, and ROI.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Campaign Management: Set up, manage, and optimize full-funnel paid media campaigns (awareness, consideration, conversion) across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and secondary performance channels to align with customer acquisition goals.
    • Performance & Optimisation: Monitor daily and weekly campaign performance. Conduct rigorous A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and messaging to rapidly implement corrective actions for underperforming ads.
    • Reporting & Insights: Build and maintain performance dashboards. Deep-dive into campaign data to extract actionable insights and present clear performance learnings to internal stakeholders.
    • Audience & Targeting: Develop, refine, and test audience segmentation strategies, while actively supporting remarketing and lifecycle marketing efforts to plug funnel leakage.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with creative, content, and product teams to ensure high-quality asset execution and provide rapid feedback loops to improve ad creative and landing page conversion rates.
    • Budget Management: Assist in pacing and managing paid media budgets efficiently, ensuring every cent spent is directly aligned with performance targets and growth metrics.

    WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THIS ROLE:

    In this role, success is measured by your ability to drive growth efficiently, execute flawlessly, and move the needle on our commercial objectives. You will own the performance of your channels and be evaluated on the following outcomes:

    • Cost per acquisition (CPA) / cost per lead (CPL) efficiency
    • Return on ad spend (ROAS)
    • Lead volume and quality
    • Conversion rate improvements
    • Campaign setup and optimisation turnaround time
    • Budget utilisation efficiency

    • An outcome-focused approach to performance marketing, recognizing how channel-level metrics impact broader business acquisition funnels.

    THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    • Grade 12 is required; a diploma or degree in Marketing/Business would be an advantageous.
    • Minimum 1–3 years of proven, hands-on experience in paid digital media or performance marketing.
    • Strong operational experience executing and optimising campaigns within Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
    • Comprehensive understanding of core digital media metrics and marketing frameworks (including CPC, CPA, CPM, ROAS, and CTR).
    • Practical foundational knowledge of digital tracking tools and attribution setups (such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking).
    • Prior exposure to landing page optimization and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) practices is advantageous.
    • Experience running B2B lead generation campaigns or operating within a fintech, SaaS, or high-growth startup ecosystem is highly desirable and will set you apart.
