Description
The Paid Media Operations team provides operational support to global paid media teams at Jellyfish. They deliver a high standard work through process, efficiency and quality assurance.
Responsible for the efficient day to day maintenance of assigned accounts, by learning the PPC, Display, and Paid Social skills required to complete assigned tasks to a high level of delivery while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. You will be required to work closely with global Paid Media teams to plan, discuss and implement campaign strategy, and report on progress and results.
You will need to align yourself with our global teams to service our international clients, and therefore be willing to work shifts when required.
Responsibilities
Master Jellyfish’s methodologies and internal and external tools required to deliver efficient and profitable PPC, Paid Social and Display campaigns
Provide support and collaborate with local and international teams
Perform regular account checks and make recommendations on improving campaign performance
Analyse the performance of completed tasks to ensure that you are adding value, and meeting or exceeding client expectations
Work responsibly within the hours allocated per client and constantly communicate this with relevant team
Adhere to strict Paid Media Operations QA processes to deliver error-free work
Complete and maintain required certifications
Independent of planned learning material provided by Jellyfish, extra reading on relevant subject matter including blogs, industry white-papers, etc is required.
Keep an accurate record of daily time and perform all other admin duties according to company regulations
Support the company's corporate culture including adhering to established ethical and brand standards
Perform any other reasonable task assigned by a superior, specifically relating to PPC Ops, Display Ad Ops, or Paid Social Ops
Show that you have the potential to become a key team member who sets an example to colleagues
Follow all work requests / email instructions accurately and complete assign tasks in line with client objectives
Achieve continuous improvement by proactively assessing Jellyfish’s practices and methods

Requirements
Experience Requirements
Experience in Digital Marketing, including knowledge of the Google Marketing Platform
