About the Position
We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our team and make their mark in a fast growing company.
Your main focus will be to develop and implement paid media strategies that enhance the company’s online presence and generate new account registrations. The role requires a proven record and excellent understanding of paid search and other paid media channels, analysis skills and at least 5+ years experience in industries across tech, fintech, banking B2B, digital agency or similar. You will be responsible for day to day management, optimisation and reporting for the various paid media initiatives.
You’ll be reporting to (and working closely with) the Digital Marketing Manager.
About you
You’re a fun, sharp and self-motivated person and can keep tabs on multiple moving parts in your job. You have a diploma or a degree in a relevant area (business, marketing, communication). You have a track record of successfully managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
We are a tight knit team so interpersonal skills are important.
None of these skills are required but it will probably help if you: have some knowledge of ecommerce, payments, B2B fintech and financial services.
Core Competencies
Developing, presenting, executing, implementing paid media strategies that result in improved website conversions and brand awareness
Campaign building, optimisation, testing, monitoring, planning, budget management, platform selection and reporting
Proactively expanding, improving on or building new paid media campaigns based on objectives
Ensuring there is cross channel strategy mix between Display/YouTube, Paid Social, Search and third party media that is analysed and optimised to achieve maximum results
Ad copy writing
Briefing in design team on creative requirements when necessary
Actively identify areas for business growth & media opportunities to help drive revenue
Staying up-to-date on latest platform changes, new channels, media landscape and best practises
Competitor analysis
Giving input on landing pages and offering recommendations to improve the customer acquisition journey
Rolling out tests across relevant channels
Requirements:
Relevant Qualification in Marketing, Business or Communication
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Discovery)
Facebook Business Centre, Twitter ads, LinkedIn ads
