We are looking for a diligent, results-driven and talented Paid Social Manager to join our fantastic and ambitious strategy & social team as we grow and expand our offices in South Africa.
The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously from our Cape Town office. This role will include remote working with our fast-paced UK creative studio, consisting of assisting colleagues with campaign data, client results and aligning deliverables with the client strategies this role comes with a high level of diversity and excitement.

You Will
- Be responsible for the implementation of Paid Social in varying platforms.
- Input and assist with the management of campaigns including planning, buying and activation alongside liaising with our in-house Strategy & Creative teams.
- Have excellent experience of using Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit and X.
- Have an Interest in working with a Global and growing business.
- Have excellent English language skills.
- Be able to work with both B2B and B2C clients.
- Have a good understanding of Paid Search & PPC.
- Be involved in the overall client pitch process.
- Track clients performance against strategic plan.
- Ensure that an effective, resource-efficient planning process is utilised.
- Take insight and develop proposals and leading knowledge to support the execution of our clients.
- Have a good understanding of setting up, analysing, and optimising large scale full funnel Paid Social campaigns.
- Be proactive and professional attitude towards self-improvement and commercial awareness.
- Sole ability to produce an accurate full-funnel eComm plan for new and existing clients, demonstrating growth through activation.
- Set account and creative best practice assisting juniors to implement best in class structural, training and creative excellence.
- Concisely articulate performance updates to key stakeholders and champion the Paid Social channel.
- Be responsible for account audits, hygiene and ensuring set up is inline with best practice.
- Work with the creative team to brief paid social content that fits to best practice, and works in line organic social and content strategy. Deliver best in class creative recommendations, personalisation and segmentation strategies.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and the evolving digital landscape.
- Develop test plans and roadmaps to continually learn and refine campaigns.
- Have experience creating content for social media. This is a junior position, so you don't have to be an expert, but we are looking for someone with previous experience, even if it's for personal projects.
Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years relevant agency work experience.
- Excellent knowledge of social media channels.
- Desire to be challenged and open to feedback.
- Experience in any of the following is a bonus: Social management, influencer marketing, paid media, community management, creative briefing, team management and reporting.
- Strong written skills.
- Confident and articulate, with the ability to voice and share ideas and opinions both internally and with clients.
- Confident in own abilities and be able to proactively influence clients and manage their expectations.
