Partner Growth Manager: Lending (6 Month Contract) at talentCRU Proprietary Limited

Contract Duration: 6 Months

Role purpose:

The incumbent is required to provide day-to-day on-boarding and management of various retail partners. Business development and negotiation will be core to the role as the client looks to build its partner network for its innovative lending and vouchering products.

Further responsibilities include collaboration between different VFS :Lending and other business units to ensure an efficient working relationships. The incumbent will be responsible for sourcing, negotiation, on-boarding and the day to day management of retail partners.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience

• Strong inter-personal skills;
• Partner management preferably within a loyalty team
• Experience in managing a portfolio of retail partners
• Account management experience
• Knowledge of loyalty industry will be advantageous
• Ability to work under pressure

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

• BCom /b com marketing
• 5-10 years’ experience in loyalty programs beneficial
