Partnership Manager CPG/Telco/Retail - South Africa at TikTok

Responsibilities

• Work as a consultant with key clients in the CPG/Telco/Retail verticals to position TikTok as a strategic business partner.
• Develop and maintain multi level relationships with clients and agency stakeholders to support & guide clients on their digital native journeys.
• Develop & define measurement frameworks and metrics that go in line with the performance and growth objectives for clients and for the business.
• Leverage crossfunctional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives to ensure the highest level of servicing and business growth.
• Develop and implement an education and enablement program to continually level up clients on the industry and the TikTok solutions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in marketing, advertising, technology or media field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in advertising sales, tech, startup or related business development or strategy function.
• Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms and ad metrics.
• Demonstrated experience in working with crossfunctional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Experience with analyzing data and delivering insights.
• Selfstarter, fast learner with a cando spirit.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
