PARTNERSHIPS EXECUTIVE (JUNIOR LEVEL)

Award-winning UK based partnerships agency looking for a Partnerships Executive  to join the team and work from their shared Cape Town office.

We’re looking for a dynamic, motivated and confident individual to join our team. We’re based in the UK but you’d work out of our shared office space in the centre of Cape Town, and liaise with the team via daily Zoom calls and over emails. We have over 20 years’ experience in the partnerships field and our clients are predominately in the entertainment sector including film and gaming.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Researching brand contacts and leads
• Preparing pitch assets and materials
• Identifying Marketing and Brand Managers in relevant sectors
• Internal software management and research
• Assistance across all projects
• Preparing reports for clients
• Proactively identifying where additional support can be given to the leaders/ managers in the team

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months experience working within a brand or agency environment
• Knowledge and interest in entertainment properties including films, TV shows and games based on our client portfolio
• Proficient using all Microsoft programmes, Gmail and utilizing search engines
• Excellent communication skills
• Can do attitude
• Ability to complete every task efficiently and quickly
• Excellent attention to detail
• First class organisational and time management skills. We need someone who’s reliable and punctual!
• Team orientated – a good team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and independently as you will be working with a remote team so need to be comfortable with this.
   

You will be incredibly organised with a passion for the partnerships industry. You’ll have a keen eye for detail and enjoy the creative problem solving that comes with consumer-facing promotions or partnership marketing campaigns. You’ll have flair for sales and marketing, backed up with a wider interested in promotional marketing and the other marketing disciplines. Because most of the brands we work with are based in the UK or Europe, you must be prepared to expand your knowledge of international brands.
