Senwes Equipment is seeking a dedicated and experienced Parts Manager to lead the spares department and ensure exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and strong financial performance.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing stock levels, planning seasonal inventory, optimising stock turn, and ensuring the availability of both fast- and slow-moving parts. You will also play a key role in customer relationship management, participating in farmers’ days, demos, and marketing activities while providing product feedback and addressing customer needs. Additional responsibilities include overseeing parts administration, managing purchasing, analysing variances, reporting on departmental performance, and developing staff to their full potential.

Requirements
To qualify, you need a National Senior Certificate and at least 3 years of spares experience (management experience will be an advantage).
