    Project Manager

    • Oversee and manage multiple related technology projects or programmes to ensure they are executed efficiently and completed on time and within budget. This role demands strategic leadership, effective stakeholder management, and the ability to drive multiple projects towards successful completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with company and industry standards.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • Team Leadership: Lead the planning and implementation of technology projects & programmes, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities within the program. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project managers and project teams within the programme.
    • Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement the strategic roadmap for technology initiatives within the program, ensuring that all projects align with the organization’s long-term objectives. 
    • Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage multiple project teams, facilitating collaboration across departments and third-party vendors. Ensure that interdependencies between projects are managed effectively to achieve program goals. 
    • Resource Management: Manage resources across multiple projects, including budget allocation, staffing, and equipment, to ensure that each project has what it needs to succeed. 
    • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary communication link between project teams and senior management, providing updates on progress, risks, and milestones. Engage with senior stakeholders to communicate programme status, resolve conflicts, and negotiate priorities.
    • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks across projects, develop and implement mitigation strategies, ensuring that projects stay on track and within budget. 
    • Performance Monitoring: Develop and manage budgets, resource allocation, and programme schedules to optimise efficiency and achieve targets.  Measure and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of the program and its individual projects, making adjustments as necessary. 
    • Governance and Compliance: Ensure that all projects adhere to organizational standards and governance frameworks, maintaining compliance with  relevant regulations and policies. Drive continuous improvement by analysing programme outcomes and integrating lessons learned into future initiatives

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE:
    Minimum Education

    • Bachelor’s Degree in: Business Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance Or related field
    • PMP, Prince2, PMI-ACP or similar

    Experience

    • 6-9 years project management experience 
    • Experience managing cross-functional teams
    • Must have at least 5 years system integrations experience 
    • Budget accountability
    • Exposure to governance frameworks
    • Experience in digital / IT / operations projects (if relevant to business)

    Administrator Project Support

    • Support project and programme management activities within the PMO. Facilitate the smooth operation of the PMO by managing documentation, maintaining PMO templates and standards, coordinating project activities, and ensuring compliance with established processes and standards.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the PMO, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and maintaining project documentation,.
    • Project Coordination: Travel and accommodation bookings.
    • Reporting: Consolidate and review project status reports, dashboards, and distribute to stakeholder. Resource contract reports. Update Lessons Learnt log
    • Document Management: Ensure all project documents are accurately maintained, version-controlled, and stored securely according to organisational standards.

    • Resource On-and-offboarding: For project resources and vendors, ensure system access is managed, hardware allocation and onboarding on PMO methodology.
    • Risk and Issue Tracking: Maintain over-arching PMO logs of risks, issues, and actions, and follow up with responsible parties to ensure timely resolution.
    • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication among project teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
    • Budget Management: Generation of PMO Purchase Orders and related invoices. Generate Purchase Orders for IT. Log Travel expense claims.
    • Continuous Improvement: Assist in identifying opportunities to enhance PMO processes and tools, and maintain templates and documentation

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE:
    Minimum Requirements

    • Diploma or Degree in: Business Administration, Project Management, Commerce, Information Technology Or related field
    • Experience with Project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Power BI etc)

    Experience

    • 2–5 years experience in: Project administration PMO support, Business coordination, Governance reporting
    • Exposure to structured project methodologies
    • Experience maintaining project documentation and trackers
    • Basic budget tracking exposure
    • Vendor coordination exposure (advantageous)

    Greaser

    • You will be responsible for maintaining Engineering Equipment to world class standards while providing support to the Maintenance Coordinator.  You will support the team in embedding  maintenance processes within the organization with the key deliverables of maintaining the Integrity of the Plant. You will maintain, repair and optimize plant and associated devices to ensure plant availability and product quality at minimum cost.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Operational Support – Provide specialist support to the shift-based teams during operations.  Where requested assist as a functional expert in problem solving.

    • Housekeeping & Safety – Operate in a safe manner at all times, identify and highlight unsafe work practices so that these may be corrected

    Seamer Mechanic

    • Seamer Mechanic is responsible for the setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of can seaming equipment to ensure optimal performance and product integrity . This role focuses on minimizing downtime, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring that all double seams meet strict quality and food safety specifications . The mechanic will work with specific machinery (such as Angelus or Continental models) and collaborate with production teams to maintain efficiency .

    Key Responsibilities

    • Setup & Changeover: Sets up and adjusts seamers to achieve correct double seam specifications during production runs and changeovers .
    • Preventive Maintenance: Conducts regular inspections of belts, rollers, gears, and chains to repair or replace parts before failure. Owns and executes the Preventive Maintenance (PM) systems for all seamer equipment .
    • Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnoses mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues on seamers and related equipment (fillers, conveyors, etc.). Performs emergency repairs to minimize downtime .
    • Quality Assurance: Performs manual and scope-based seam teardowns at required intervals, using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify seam integrity and document findings 
    • Overhauls: Dismantles and performs deep overhauls on seamers and gearboxes, reassembling them to OEM specifications .
    • Documentation: Reports machine status daily, documents all maintenance activities in a CMMS system, and maintains records of parts usage and equipment condition 
    • Collaboration: Works with supervisors, quality assurance personnel, and third-party technicians to resolve issues and improve processes.
    • May assist in training junior mechanics and operators .
    • Safety & Compliance: Adheres to all safety protocols (Lockout/Tagout and Try out), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and food safety plans (HACCP) .

    Qualifications

    • Education: N6 Mechanical plus trade test required. 

    Experience:

    • Minimum 2-5 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in Canned food /beverage manufacturing .
    • Specific hands-on experience with Can seamers (e.g., Angelus, Kobot) is highly preferred or required .

    Required Skills

    • Mechanical Aptitude: Strong knowledge of assembly, troubleshooting, and overhauling machinery. Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals .
    • Precision Measurement: Proficiency in using micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and torque wrenches .
    • Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and pumps .
    • Additional Skills: Welding/fabrication
    • Soft Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, ability to work independently and in a team, and critical thinking skills .

    Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

    • Environment: Work is performed in a manufacturing plant setting with exposure to noise, temperature changes, and industrial chemicals .
    • Schedule: Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as required .
    • Physical Demands: Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing. 
    • Tools: Must possess and use personal hand tools .

    Shopper GTM Project Coordinator (Fixed Term Contractor)

    • Provide operational and administrative support to the Go to Market Project Manager to ensure the smooth running of campaign Go to Market projects.

    PROJECT ADMINISTRATION

    • Place orders as per production briefs with clear instructions on allocations by region.

    RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

    • Build strong operational relationships with internal functions and external suppliers and partners in order to effectively and timeously deliver all campaigns assigned.
