Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Manager with expertise in Ford vehicles to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Ford vehicles and extensive knowledge of their parts and components.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the parts department, including ordering, stocking, and inventory control
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts to technicians and customers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to optimize profitability
• Create and execute marketing strategies to promote parts sales
• Train and mentor parts department staff to ensure excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in a parts department, with a focus on Ford vehicles
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

• ASE certification in parts management
• Experience working with Ford dealership software systems
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
