Parts Master Clerk - Kempton Park at FlySafair

­­­­RESPONSIBILITIES:                                                                        

• Making Known and Loading of Part Numbers onto the Safair SAM system;
• Investigating applicability and effectiveness of Part Numbers to various aircraft, and linking on the SAM system;
• Checking Mod status of components;
• Checking effectiveness and alternativeness through SB statuses;
• Investigating and listing of Part Number Alternatives;
• Checking existing Part Numbers and there applicability to the current fleet.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12;
• Previous Engineering Experience would be an advantage;
• At least 5 years Aviation Experience;
• Computer literate; knowledge of SAM would be an advantage;
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for aircraft;
• Must have knowledge of aircraft documentation, i.e. IPC, AMM, SIL’s etc.;
• Must have knowledge of Service Bulletins
• Previous experience on B737 Aircraft;
• Proficient in English (written and spoken) and able to liaise effectively at all levels;
