Specific Role Responsibilities
- Parts Interpretation on Microcat.
- Parts Estimates
- Convert Estimates into sales
- Promptness and friendliness to customers
- Provide feedback on all outstanding orders
- Identify and resolve client concerns.
- No errors due to negligence
- Ensure 100% accuracy on prices quoted
- Adhere to company policies and processes
Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- 3-5 years working in Parts Sales
