    Patient Support Business Unit Manager

    About the job

    Health Window is looking for a proactive and energetic Patient Support BU Manager who is patient orientated to join their dynamic team, must be self-motivated with a good work ethic, strong leadership qualities and excellent analytical skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate, manage and develop detailed proposals and business development activities for your department
    • Build and maintain effective relationships with existing and new clients
    • Regular proactive interactions with clients
    • Deliver and maintain compliance against agreed SLA’s in line with service KPI’s
    • Incorporate policies and procedures of the company in business operations
    • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
    • Monitor and review project activity and ensure successful launch of new PSP’s
    • Perform effective financial management
    • Develop and communicate the expectation levels and vision of the client to the internal team
    • Assist with IT system SPEC writing, testing, and validation tests for new and existing systems
    • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks
    • Regular updated feedback to the COO and weekly meetings on BU progress
    • Assist team and project leaders with job related issues
    • Resource Management
    • Responsible for staff efficiency and implementing training and mentoring of staff
    • Drafting and checking accuracy of reports and records
    • Identifying and implementing improvements on company systems and procedures
    • Communicating complex information – written and orally
    • Work in a team to identify solutions to problems
    • Influencing stakeholders to obtain buy-in for concepts and ideas

    Skills

    • Fluent in Afrikaans & English
    • Project Management skills
    • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask and create structure
    • Good oral and written communication skills
    • Knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software
    • Good technical skills
    • Strong working knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word, and Outlook
    • Ability to deal professionally with clients
    • Ability to build and maintain good client relationships (Customer obsession)
    • Ability to work as part of a team
    • Strong conflict management
    • Strong admin skills with attention to detail
    • Must have an ability to use own initiative and work independently
    • Reliable and trustworthy
    • Must have own reliable vehicle

    Qualifications & Experience
