Payment Administrator - Midstream at WeBuyCars

Job Description

This is a role unique to We Buy Cars and is the foundation of our company. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent computer skills and and requires an energetic, dynamic, honest, loyal, and hard-working personality.

We expect excellent customer service and accurate payments.  

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pay vehicles when contacted by Buyer or Logistic Team Leader

• Payments per day ± 60 to 100

• Verify banking details of clients on Hyphen

• Compare contract details with NaTis via BLMS

• Create OTP's on request for Buyers 

Further requirements:

• Preferably reside in Pretoria area

• Preferably between the Ages Of 35 -50

• Grade 12 

• Excellent attention to detail

• Strong Admin and Computer Skills

• Very patient and be able to multi-task
