Payroll Administrator - Johannnesburg at Lexdan Select

Requirements:

• Relevant Finance Degree or Diploma
• +5 years payroll experience
• Experience in the Mining, Construction or Agriculture sector 

Responsibilities:

• Handling all inquiries regarding pay, including pay slips, taxes, deductions, and reimbursements, within company policy
• Resolving inquiries within the payroll scope
• Determine the costs associated with processing and calculating all employee compensation
• Monthly preparation and submission of payroll taxes
• Ability to maintain a system of internal controls that safeguard the assets of the company
• Prevent and detect errors and/fraud or irregularities.
