Job Description

• An internationally recognised non-profit organisation has an exciting position for a Payroll Officer . The purpose of this position is to supervise and oversee the administration of payroll processing, audit support, management of leave processing as well as supporting the payroll team with any other administrative requirements. This opportunity is office based. 

Responsibilities:

• Support the Payroll Manager with the calculation of salaries and benefits
• Prepare monthly payroll input schedules
• Prepare terminations and 3rd party payment reconciliations
• Coordinate with HR regarding payroll inputs
• Prepare and submit EMP201 report to finance
• Leave administration
• Compile payroll reports on monthly, quarterly / annual basis
• Manage and maintain inputs for monthly payroll
• Ensure accurate benefits allocations

Requirements:

• Diploma in HR / Finance management qualification
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Senior Payroll position
• Sage People experience
