Job Objectives    

•  Delivering end-to-end People services and solutions to the business, including the facilitation and resolution of industrial relations-related matters.
•  Providing holistic People support to the division by delivering on the full People value chain and employee life cycle.
•  Managing and implementing adherence to People governance structures, policies, processes, frameworks and procedures within the division.
• Supporting the division on various workforce management, scheduling, time and attendance, and other People wellness and health and safety activities to ensure the overall wellbeing and operational efficiency of the division.
•  Provide guidance and facilitate the required focus and implementation of the Employment Equity strategy to help the division achieve the set Employment Equity Targets and Plans.
•  Facilitating various People activities, operations, and administration within the division to enable optimal productivity and engagement.
•  Develop and manage the People Partner budget
•  Preparation of monthly and ad hoc reports with cost analysis breakdown on People Partner activity.

Qualifications    

• Degree in Human Resources or equivalent

Experience    

• +3 years in an HR Business Partnering or equivalent role, driving HR delivery of frameworks, policies, procedures, and guidelines and managing HR service delivery.

Knowledge and Skills    
Desirable knowledge:

•  Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, legislation, and regulations

Essential Skills:

• Knowledge of and experience working with systems and intermediate knowledge of MS Office 365, SAP, Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent communication, problem solving and negotiation skills
