About the Role:
We are in a growth phase which presents an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our global HR team. You will be based in Cape Town as a People Operations Specialist to support our global team across all aspects of HR systems, HR metrics, reward and supporting our two global HR Administrators who are responsible for the full employee lifecycle for offices in Hungary, South Africa, the UK and US.
The role is for a three-month fixed term contract and is hybrid based (remote/office-based flexibility).
Ownership and management of people data and systems:
Responsible for creating and maintaining compensation benchmarking data and working with partners
Responsible for improving Black Swan people metrics and reporting metrics
Enable the detailed analysis of organisational data, analytics, and employee insights to identify key trends, risks and opportunities to inform the people plan.
Measure & report on performance against the key components of the people plan, including quarterly reporting to the People leadership team
Ownership of all employee files and related processes
Audit the global payrolls monthly and ensure data accuracy
Improvement of all people processes in the employee life cycle
Proven experience working with Global HRIS systems and compensation benchmarking data
Extensive experience within progressive People Ops experience in a high-growth environment
Strong project management skills around planning, deadlines etc.
Extensive experience producing meaningful people analytics and focus on adding value to the employee and candidate experience
Self -starter who can deal with changing and conflicting demands
You are used to working in a fast-paced start-up environment, implementing change
Experience of working on a HR /People / Operations transformation project, ideally across a global span.
Experience working in Agile SDLC teams would be a bonus
Experience within Digital Agency or within Technology Sector
Experience developing and implementing process across multiple geographic offices.
