Performance Analyst: Agile – Durban- La Lucia

The Performance Analytics is an advocator of data & analytics with the overall responsibility to create value through our reporting and analytics capabilities. This role is responsible for helping us build a leading-edge control tower for iOps performance management on our Africa HUB. The focus is bringing together our current streams of analytics (Local/Regional/Global) and build the data streams needed to control our operations basis leading indicators and collaborate with pillars to drive continuous improvement to prevent potential efficiency losses.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Excellence

• Operations Process expertise to design and bring our analytics landscape to life
• Co-own improvement results with market teams in E2E outcome metrics
• Create and lead an effective data hygiene process, including troubleshooting

Performance Management Implementation

• Co-create the future of our analytics landscape. Take what we have, our process maps and design how we should look at leading indicators to produce effects on output metrics
• Connect market, HUB and global teams to harness their expertise while accounting for their needs
• Champion the CSAR effort: Consolidate, Streamline, Automate, Robotize

System enablement support

• Produce the analytics we need to drive system usage and no touch operations
• Partner the functional teams for identifying opportunities to reduce manual operations

• Leadership: delivers results through others, guides, and empowers a diverse team (different locations & languages)
• Strong analytical acumen: using available data for business judgment and decision making
• Works well with ambiguity: is capable of absorbing a complex environment of data sources and data stakeholders to fit solutions.

Technology Expertise:

• The candidate must bring practical experience in generating analytics and working in a analytics teams. While he/she will be supported by some technical experts, it is strongly desired to have experience on some or all these areas:

Advanced analytics,

• Big data, database management, data lakes
• PBI, Tableau
• SAP expertise

Minimum Requirements:

• Operational experience in Supply Chain/Logistics : 2-4 years experience
• Strong evidence of the distinguishing competencies as outlined above
• Sound business background in order to appreciate the impact of their role within the broader business, and especially with reference on managing and meeting business targets/forecasts.
• Strong Microsoft office Excel and Power Automate 
• Strongly desired to have experience Advanced Analytics & BI
• Tertiary degree
