An appropriate Diploma in Office Administration/ Office Management and Technology or Public Administration at NQF level 6 recognised by South African Qualification Authority (SAQA) PLUS 1 year post qualification experience. Knowledge of relevant legislation/ policies/prescripts and procedures. Basic knowledge of financial administration
DUTIES : /KRA’s:
Provide secretariat/receptionist support service to the Director. Render administrative support services. Provides support to manager regarding meeting. Support the manager with the administration of the budget. Studies the relevant Public Service and departmental prescripts/policies and other documents and ensure that the application thereof is understood properly.
