Pest Control Officer . at Servest SA

Job Context    

• Servest Office Services ,a division of the Servest Group has a vacancy for a qualified and registered pest control officer .This position is for the Cape Town Branch .The successful incumbent will be expected to report to the operations manager for the region and available immediately .

Minimum Requirements    

• Registered and has a P number
• Valid Driver’s licence
• Must be able to do HACCP audits and checks and have good knowledge of HACCP standards
• Good communication skills
• Good track record as a Pest Control Operator with high service quality

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Internal and on-site training for Pest Control staff
• Able to attend to customer queries and resolve customer site complaints
• Pre-audit site checks for HACCP clients
• Assist the External Operations Manager with managing Pest Control Staff
• Measure the dimensions of the area needing treatment
• Use baits and set traps to control or kill pests
• Spray or dust chemical solutions, powders, gels etc. into areas
