Pet Store Manager - Bruma at Food Lover's Market

What you'll do

This is a list of tasks that you will be responsible for doing on your days at work.

• Manage daily store operations including sales, merchandising, and customer service.
• Supervise, schedule, and train store staff to ensure productivity and engagement.
• Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all animals in the store.
• Oversee cash handling, banking, and daily financial reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with local laws regarding the care and sale of animals.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special orders professionally.
• Monitor and meet sales targets, KPIs, and promotional performance.
• Organise educational events or in-store promotions related to pet care.
• Maintain store cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene according to company standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory of products; place orders as required.

Requirements

• Matric
• Experience: Assistant Store Manager, Branch Manager, Front of House Manager, General Manager, Manager, Retail Store Manager, Senior Manager, Store Manager, Retail Assistant Manager
• Within 25km from job
• Clear criminal record
