    Pharmacy Representative Graduate - Bryanston - June 2023

    • We are currently looking for a driven Pharmacy Representative Graduate for the East London/Mthatha territory. You will initiate, plan and achieve Haleon Consumer Healthcare’s ambition of becoming one of the most innovative, best performing and trusted Consumer Healthcare Companies in South and Southern Africa.  
    • This is a customer facing role dedicated to consumer and customer obsession through service excellence. Ensuring visibility, availability and accessibility of Haleon brands in your territory by driving expert recommendation on key brands through effective selling, detailing and merchandising of Haleon brands to all relevant Health Care professionals. 

    What will your individual contribution at Haleon be?  

    • Initiate and implement sales strategies to achieve & exceed corporate sales objectives 
    • Grow our brands ahead of the categories in which we compete 
    • Service HCPs in line with “6 Steps of a Call” model and train pharmacy staff in-store during planned Lunch and Learn sessions (5 per month) 
    • Compliance with Customer Relationship Management tool (e.g. FSFA, Veeva) requirements 
    • Effective communication of trained scientific knowledge to drive recommendation and build trust 
    • Meet coverage criteria of the customer base according to set segmentation and targeting parameters

    To enable you to perform in this future talent opportunity:  

    • Education required: A completed university degree (preferably in science, medical or paramedical field, FMCG) – please note that you must provide your academic transcripts together with your CV when applying 
    • Language required: Written and spoken fluency in English (Xhosa would be advantageous due to the geographic location of the territory) 
    • You must be able to cover the following territory: East London/Mthatha
