Pharmacy Specialised Products Controller

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
- To manage the procurement and billing of specialised products in theatre stores
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Ensure optimal specialised products availability in theatre
- Perform stock holding processes pertaining to specialised products
- Ensure accurate billing of specialised products
REQUIRED EDUCATION
- ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Grade 12 with Mathematics (pure Mathematics)
- DESIRED EDUCATION: None
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Stock control experience in a private hospital environment
- DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Working in a theatre environment
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Procedure policies and procedures
- Business Intelligence report analysis
- Stock holding processes
- Medical aid benefits regulations and formularies
- Surgical products and prosthesis knowledge
- Pharmacy Stock System
