Phlebotomy Learnership Facilitator Fundamental at Ampath

Purpose of Position:

To design; develop and facilitate OBET course material and learning programs for the phlebotomy learnership and to conduct the assessment and moderation for the learnership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Education, Grade 12, Registered Assessor, Registered Facilitator, Registered Modertor

Required Experience:

• Experience in outcomes based education, Grade 12 maths education experience, Knowledge: Google and Google Mail, Knowledge: MS Excel, Knowledge: MS Word, Knowledge: OBET, Knowledge: SETA procedures and requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess learner evidence in order to make judgements regarding learner competence,
• Assist with the Recruitment and Selection of new learners to the phlebotomy learnership program in order to ensure an ongoing output of qualified phlebotomy technicians,

• Maintain good client relations to ensure that learnership output meets the client needs,
• Moderate assessment evidence to ensure standardization of assessments and allow opportunity to grow the skills of the assessor,
