Role Requirements
To be successful in this role, you need to hold:
a relevant Nursing qualification and be registered with SANC as a Registered Nurse.
You also need to have completed - or be willing to complete - Train-the-Trainer and Assessor certifications, which are essential for delivering impactful and compliant training.
We are looking for someone with four or more years of phlebotomy experience in a pathology environment. This depth of experience ensures that you bring both technical insight and real-world understanding to your training sessions.
