    • You will also need to have a valid South African drivers license: Code B.

You draw on a variety of teaching approaches to design meaningful learning experiences, and you use systems like Meditech and MS Office with confidence to enhance your programmes.
    • Your communication style is clear, engaging, and supportive, whether you are speaking to a group, preparing material, or offering individual feedback. You listen actively, facilitate discussions with ease, and confidently guide learners through both simple and complex concepts. Your organisational abilities enable you to coordinate schedules, content, and logistics seamlessly. A sound understanding of operational dynamics and customer expectations helps you anchor your training in what truly matters for service excellence and business success.

    Role Impact

    • As a Phlebotomy Trainer, you are instrumental in uplifting capability, strengthening engagement, and supporting long‑term talent growth. The learning experiences you design build confidence, sharpen skill, and reinforce the behaviours needed in a high‑performance environment. By creating safe, inclusive learning spaces, you empower employees to take accountability for their development and contribute positively to their teams.
    • Your work supports leaders in building strong, well-prepared teams and ensures the business has a sustainable pipeline of skilled phlebotomy professionals. Ultimately, your role helps the organisation deliver exceptional care, protect quality standards, and nurture a culture where people feel informed, supported, and valued.
