Picking Invoice /Label Clerk Mahogany Ridge DC at Clicks Group

Introduction

• Clicks is on the hunt for an exceptional Invoice Picking/ Labeling Clerk to deliver service excellence to the Picking department through efficient monitoring of invoices and offering assistance to customers, leading to a positive customer experience. Position is based at Mahogany Ridge DC Durban.

Job description

Job Objectives:

• To support the Group’s vision to be the customer’s first choice health and beauty retailer by living and driving the company values.
• To maintain updated knowledge on products, ranges, promotions and events in order to provide the correct information to customers at all times.
• Updating system on invoicing
• Invoicing stores
• Allocate stores- assigning stores to pickers per wave
• Printing  and distributing of invoices
• Managing tracking board- updating tracking board to ensure all sections are shunted per wave so invoices can be processed
• Creating orders , ensuring that RDC is capturing
• To efficiently execute all operational activities in a timely and efficient manner.
• To maintain high levels of accuracy and care when processing and capturing invoices
• To deliver superior customer service by acting as a brand ambassador, being visible and offering a friendly and professional service

Minimum requirements

Knowledge:

• Basic maths calculations
• Retail/FMCG background and understanding of merchandising and promotions principles
• Understanding of stock management procedures 
• Knowledge of customer service excellence
