Core Description
- To plan and engineer the Switching, Access, Transmission, Radio/ Microwave, Data, DC Power, Metro Ethernet or Fibre network within a limited/ defined range to enable our customers to communicate.

Qualifications
- Grade 12 (NQF level 4) & relevant modular training
Experience
- 3 Years relevant experience.
Ex-/ Current Telkom Full Time Bursars, learnerships and internships candidates will be exempted from the 3 years experience requirements but must have a minimum of 12 months relevant experience.

Special Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- 4x4 Driver training where applicable.
- Able to work at heights/ confined spaces.
- Able to work outside of normal working hours.
- Able to stay out overnight.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety Requirements.
- Must not be colour blind.
