Sustainably maximise Enaex’ s profitability through structured daily, weekly & monthly planning and optimisation.
Play a key role in the execution of the value chain S&OP’s including co-ordination across other functions such as Production, Marketing and Sales and Supply Chain by rebalancing and co-ordinating activities to meet S&OP targets. Evaluate the efficiency of the value chain processes.
Assist in working capital analysis and Inventory target setting in collaboration with the Production, Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing & Sales.
Identify threats and opportunities across the value chain. Co-operate with all functions and optimise working capital, revenue, and costs to support P&L and ROIC for the SBU.
Assist in drafting weekly reports as well as the monthly S&OP reports.
Advance Accessory planning and optimisation and ensuring adherence to the plan by proactive management of forecasts.
