What Will You Do?   

Define and Implement DI Project Governance Standards

• Together with the Executive Team, advise, revise, and adjust the project approach as well as the DI project governance, communication, and documentation standards.
• Standards to be proven best practice, mature and relevant to the Decision Inc. projects.
• Implement processes, tools, and frameworks to support the defined Decision Inc. Standards.
• Responsible for all projects that are managed by the PMO team to be 100% compliant with the Decision Inc. project standards.
• Collaborate and implement project controls to support the different types of projects run in each of the Decision Inc. lines of business. 

Define and Adhere to Project Audit & Reporting Standards

• Together with the Executive Team, define the project data audit process.
• Responsible for full project data tracking from record to executive project report. Ensure on demand project data alignment between standard project tools and executive reports.
• Ensure the entire PMO team prepares, maintains, and submits timely, complete and concise project documentation in accordance with the Decision Inc project governance standards.
• Pro-active problem management and issue tracking against project commitments.

Customer

• Ensure client and Decision Inc. project relationships remain positive and professional for all projects managed by the PMO team.
• Customer involvement is essential to ensure relationships are nurtured at Cx levels with clients. PMO Manager will be required to lead customer communication and engagement at CxO level within defined strategic projects.

PMO Team

• Coaching, mentoring & performance managing the PMO Team to ensure successful delivery of projects
• Grow and build a competent project team that can manage large and small Projects / Programs

Accountability

• Actual Project-to-Date profitability to remain within an acceptable threshold of targets for all projects managed by the PMO team.
• Forecast project waste % to remain below target values for all projects managed by the PMO team.
• Customer Project Relationship Score: meet or exceed target values for all projects managed by the PMO team.
• Project Impact Score: meet or exceed target values for all projects managed by the PMO team.
• Compliance, accuracy and completeness of the project documents for all projects managed by the PMO team.
• PMO Employee Survey & 360 assessment to meet or exceed targets.

Who Do You Need to Be?

Experience

• At least 10+ years of experience in PMO Management and Implementing project methodologies
• Proven track record with project management methodologies – including Agile, Waterfall and
• Technology Specific Methodologies
• Experience in running multiple projects
• Experience in; and Understanding of Software Application Projects and development

Qualifications

• Relevant Project Management and Business Tertiary Qualifications
• PMP certification (preferred)
