    Niche Field:

    • Securities & Financial Markets Law (Securities Regulation, Financial Inclusion, Financial law, Banking law, Competition law, Market Abuse and Financial Crime Regulation, Regulation and Use of Fintech and AI Measures to Curb Financial Crime, Fintech and Securities Law, Fintech and Financial Markets Law)

    Minimum requirements

    • LLD/PHD in Corporate Law/Mercantile Law; at least 2 published academic journal articles or book chapters or conference proceedings
