Job Advert Summary
- The Poultry Meat Examiner (PME) shall ensure that company procedures relating to Food Safety and Quality measures are adhered to and ensure that the product is packed accordingly and safe. The PME reports to the Quality Manager.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- PME certificate
- 1-2 years relevant quality assurance experience.
- Knowledge of birds / chicken diseases and injuries.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Quality start-up inside the plant.
- Daily rejection reports.
- Maintenance of Hygiene Standards and Housekeeping.
- Knowledge of key responsibilities on the line.
