• My client is seeking a dedicated Practice Manager to lead operations at their new branch

Minimum requirements:

• Optometry Practice experience is beneficial but not essential
• Ability to oversee and drive sales
• Experience with managing people
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage the financial performance of the practice
• Proven ability to drive business growth and increase revenue
• Experience analysing financial reports, budgets and profitability
• Commercially minded with the ability to identify opportunities to improve business performance
• Ability to implement strategies to restore and grow revenue
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive accountability and performance
• Strong interpersonal skills to ensure excellent patient experiences
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
