Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager - Rola Motor City at Rola Motor Group

• The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing, and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for sourcing pre-owned vehicles. Furthermore, the Sales Manager must create a customer-focused sales culture and promoting the Rola Pre-Owned Brand.

Minimum Requirements    

• Min Grade 12
• Computer literate
• At least 3 years’ experience in Vehicle Sales Management (Pre-Owned highly advantageous)
• Proven Networker
• Proven track record of meeting monthly sales targets
• Proven record of sourcing vehicles and networking within the automotive industry
• High attention to detail. Organised & structured
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to perform under pressure & multitask
• Ability to effectively strategise & implement plans and controls
• Excellent knowledge of vehicles & managerial skills
• Must be based in Somerset West or close proximity

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Plan and implement sales activities to achieve & exceed monthly sales targets
• Source vehicles and potential sellers
• Develop and implement Marketing Initiatives
• Manage customer relationships and customer satisfaction
• Manage Finances, administration and reporting of your department
• Conduct resource planning and development
• Manage and lead the sales team to achieve objectives
• Adhere to Dealer and Company Standards
