- Fixed Term Contract duration of 12 months
- Provide dedicated leadership to the inbound logistics readiness team for all new model introductions.
- Coordinate and align cross-functional stakeholders, including Production, DHL Operations, Quality, VW TEAD, and Engineering, ensuring seamless integration of launch activities.
- Ensure warehouse readiness, inventory accuracy, and master data integrity prior to and during launch phases.
- Monitor launch risks through structured reporting mechanisms and drive timely escalation where required.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of deviations.
- Establish and maintain accurate KPI tracking to measure readiness, stability, and performance.
- Safeguard production continuity during pre-series builds and SOP to prevent line stoppages and financial losses.
