Pricing Lead SSA at Cargill

Key Accountabilities

• Provide analytics support to deliver market insights to internal and external business clients.
• Providing guidance in terms of expected margin probability across future months’ outlook.
• Design, develop and implement pricing strategies across various product lines to position the products based on value and competitive situation.
• Develop in-depth understanding of price factors and provide transparency to the business to ensure continued and/or improvement of profitability, keeping informed on pricing analysis and industry trends.
• Execute and lead analytics activities to support sales and marketing teams to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide the sales team with pricing information to assist in developing account plans.
• Guide/train commercial leadership to understand the strategic drivers for the business, align and develop a pipeline of continuous improvement activities as an outcome of these meetings.
• Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of four years of related work experience.

• Ability to collaborate and influence across various departments.
• Ability for gathering, analyzing, coordinating and presenting appropriate data and analytics to inform and influence internal decision making.
