The purpose of the role is as follows:

• To play a pivotal role in providing exceptional client service within the prime broking domain.
• To collaborate with hedge funds, investment clients, and other financial institutions to ensure smooth operations and efficient execution of investment transactions.

Are you someone who can:

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, addressing their queries, concerns, and requests promptly.
• Facilitate investment transactions, including securities lending, cash management, and custody services.
• Monitor and manage risks associated with client portfolios, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with internal teams to meet client needs effectively.
• Assist clients in optimising their portfolios by providing insights and recommendations.
• Generate accurate performance reports and communicate investment results to clients.
• Coordinate netting processes to streamline transactions and reduce risk exposure.
• Troubleshoot any technical issues related to trading platforms or systems.
• Stay informed about market trends, investment products, and industry developments.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring seamless integration.
• Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory guidelines.
• Analyse financial statements and investment data to support decision-making.
• Track key performance indicators related to client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Educate clients on prime brokerage services and best practices.
• Identify areas for process enhancement and contribute to service excellence.
• Collect and interrogate information and feedback to ensure full understanding of customer needs to deliver a quality service.
• Deliver service that exceeds customer expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solution selection and application.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

• Qualifications such as BCom, CA, or CFA and courses attended in Financial Market instruments would be a distinct advantage
