Principal Product Manager at Foolproof

We are looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager: 

A problem-oriented, strategic thinker who can help user-centric products and drive organizational product maturity.

Key skills:

• Expertise in product management methods and frameworks, and ability to provide thought leadership in communicating this understanding with others.
• Strong leadership, people skills, and excellent stakeholder management and negotiation.
• Understanding of how to successfully leverage analytics to inform product health and decision making, and ability to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
• The creation and prioritisation of project/client roadmaps with the ability to lead complex projects from the discovery stage to launch of product.
• Proven ability to provide direction and strategy for clients, balancing the needs of the business and those of their customers.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to drive organisational change and product maturity in an organisation.
• Commercially aware, with an understanding of what it takes to make change happen in large organisations.

The role:

Within this role you’ll be responsible for providing thought leadership and best practice approach to product management and problem solving. 

You’ll be working as part of a cross-functional team, delivering guidance on a programme-level to refine and fulfil a client’s product strategy, whilst equipping and supporting product teams with the skills and know-how to successfully manage a product end-to-end, from understanding the problem space, refining product strategy and managing a backlog of problems/solutions to drive outcomes for our client’s business and their customers.

You will play a critical role in designing best-practice process and helping our clients operationalise and grow the practice of Product Management within their organisation.
