Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and opportunities in private markets across Sub-Saharan Africa.
• Prepare detailed financial analyses and create sophisticated financial models for investment evaluation.
• Support the strategic assessment of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and integration planning.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop recommendations on capital raising, debt structuring, and long-term strategic direction.
• Analyze data to forecast trends, supporting business decision-making in emerging markets.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis, market research, or investment banking.
• Expertise in private market analysis with a focus on emerging markets.

Preferred:

• Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA).
