Process Analyst at Bryte Insurance Company Limited

This individual will be involved in liaising directly with various stakeholders on projects (internal / external stakeholders and vendors), gathering Business Requirements and putting together a BRS, developing Business Process Maps, involved in Process Engineering and Re-engineering on a multitude of Projects, Implementing new processes and analysis.
Key Tasks & Accountabilities

•   Build and maintain an excellent client relationship through timely interaction and clear expectation setting
•  Support performance improvements by process analysis and identification of opportunities for beneficial process and operational enhancements
•  Define and implement improved operational procedures
•  Support internal departments in performance management through the Creation of reports that reflect business performance and assist in reviewing actual performance against target
•  Conduct post implementation reviews to ensure that the business needs have been resolved including benefit reporting
•  Assist with the development of project plans, communication plans, budgets, process documentation, procedures and transition from existing to new processes

Qualifications & Experience

•  BCom, BSc, BIS, BIT, BEng in IT, FTI BA Diploma
•  UML / VISIO / ARIS/OTHER
•  Lean / Six Sigma qualification

Experience

•  3 - 5 years Business Process Analyst experience in the short term insurance sector.
•  Good business consultancy skills coupled with a minimum of 4 to 5 years’ experience in process analysis, design and modelling.

Knowledge 

•  Good business consultancy skills coupled with a minimum of 4 to 5 years’ experience in process analysis, design and modelling.
•  Clear understanding of BPMN and workflow principles.
•  A broad understanding across the short term insurance, policy life cycle along with a record of applying such knowledge successfully.
•  A systematic disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving.
•  Must be familiar with the project and software development life cycle and related tools, methods and techniques.
•  Previous Team Lead exposure, with Project Coordination.
•  Demonstrates high standards of professional behaviour when working with clients and colleagues.
•  Strong inter-personal skills, especially in working with clients at different experience / seniority levels.
•  Analytical Ability - evaluate projects and processes, suggest solutions, work interactively with a team.
