Delta-v’s mission is to accelerate the growth of B2B software companies across South Africa and Europe. We build and manage sales development teams from our base in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town.
This role is an opportunity to take responsibility for Delta-v’s sales / revenue operations function, and support the growth of Delta-v and our SaaS clients. At Delta-v you’ll become a RevOps expert, develop a deep knowledge of SaaS sales processes & metrics, and get certified on sales & marketing automation platforms. You’ll also experience a culture of continuous learning, great rewards, performance incentives —as well as Friday drinks and regular team events.
About the role
You’ll be accelerating the growth of both Delta-v and our customers' businesses by driving process efficiency. This will involve owning and improving operational processes, managing sales tooling and automation, building reports and dashboards, and owning customer onboarding projects. As part of your work you’ll develop deep insights into how SaaS companies are built and operated.
Requirements
The following skills and experience are essential:
University degree in Sciences, Engineering, Maths, Commerce or Finance (you must have completed at least one course in maths or statistics as part of your studies)
Strong process orientation and organising skills
2+ years work experience in a sales, account management or customer success role - ideally at a tech company
Strong data analysis skills using Excel or Google Sheets (the ability to work with formulas, pivot tables, vlookups etc. is essential)
Demonstrated interest in the world of tech
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
You’re currently located in Cape Town
The following skills would be advantageous but are not essential:
Exposure to software like Salesforce, Pipedrive, Hubspot, Outreach or Salesloft
Previous experience in Fintech, Edtech, SaaS, or Marketplace startups
Experience setting up dashboards and reports
