KEY PERFORMANCE ARES:
Ensure that all solutions of chemicals are handled safety according to standard operating procedures and that the dosing is performed efficiently and cost effectively in accordance with compliance and performance of all modules/plants
Recording and reporting of levels and /or mass bulk chemicals used in wastewater treatment
Enforce compliance with OHS Act and Applicable regulations, VKLM safety rules, procedures, signs and instructions t prevent incidents of health and safety.
Oversee, manage and operate a biological nutrient removal activated sludge waster water treatment processes
Troubleshoot treatment processes inefficiencies and advise shifts accordingly
Assist in with the development of and implement wastewater risk abatement plans to ensure special standards effluent quality is produced.
Adhere to sample schedules and process sampling and liase with laboratory to perfom adhoc sampling when required.
Operate the works to ensure that Green Drop requirements and water use license conditions are met.
Ensure the Implemetation if the Incident Management Protocol during incidents.
Ensure all documentation required for Green Drop programm is compliled and presented to auditors
