Process & Systems Architect at DotModus

Introduction

Deal with tactical aspects of documenting, validating and communicating business process-related knowledge through modeling; simulating and analysing current and future states, focusing on business outcomes and technical aspects.

Description

• Ensure that all aspects of an operation or process meet specified regulations
• Analyse operational / business processes (incl. systems and data) propose process solution (system or manual) based on requirements
• Provide input into applicable project artifacts Documenting and review process maps and supporting artifacts in line with the company's standards and client experience guidelines and best practice
• Perform data - technical & business architecture. 
• Perform gap analysis and due diligence, participate in joint application development and process enhancement group/process improvement forum (PIF) sessions
• Communicate new and updated processes, provide input into test strategies and procedures, create process test cases, perform process testing and analyse test results
• Execute process improvement initiatives, taking responsibility for individual delivery in terms of resource budget, scope and time, keep abreast of legislation and other industry changes that impacts on role by reading the relevant newsletters, websites and attending sessions to remain current
• Maintain knowledge management and improve team success by sharing and transferring knowledge with team to ensure information is provided correctly to stakeholders
• Provide process guidance and support to the customer provide input preparing reports (progress / managerial)

Qualification and Experience

• Business degree, IT degree, Engineering degree (Industrial) - or equivalent
• Very strong Modelling Experience
• BPMN Tools - Adonis
• ADO-IT experience as EA tool.
• 1 - 4 years of relevant process experience
• System Development Life cycle(SDLC)
• Process Design & Architecture
• Process Measurements
