    Procurement Admin

    Main purpose of the role:

    • To provide an efficient administration service to the relevant department in order to facilitate the effective operation of the department.

    Key responsibilities:

    (The primary tasks, functions and deliverables of the role)

    • Provide general administrative support to the relevant departments;
    • Provide support in connection with the preparation, collation and distribution of documents;
    • Perform data capturing as required on SAP correctly and accurately,
    • Capturing of New Vendor Information into SAP,
    • Take receipt of and send emails on behalf of the department;
    • Assist with Customer queries and resolve queries
    • Compiling of reports on Spend Reports,
    • Collation and capturing of BBBEE and Tax Affidavit Data of Vendors,
    • Responsible for the filing of all documentation, as well as the maintenance of the filing system
    • ensure that the department meets all operational targets, both creating value for the business and meeting internal and external customer service level agreements;
    • Build effective, value adding, transparent relationships with all stakeholders (customers, suppliers and employees) through regular communication, reporting and personal interaction,
    • Contribute to the effective management of company assets and minimize loss through adherence to all relevant company standard operating procedures;
    • Seek to continuously develop knowledge and information about the competitor actively and communicate this to relevant departments and the company;
    • Quality control of teams, in terms of service levels, delivery frequency and standard operating procedures

    Requirements

    • Grade 12
    • 1-year administrative experience
    • Preferably SAP Experience MS Office
    • Proficiency in relevant software packages and applications
